High performance in fully automatic print & apply product labelling

The fully automatic print & apply labelling system is optimally adapted to the production requirements thanks to its modular and hygienic design. It convinces by a performance of up to 150 packages per minute and a labelling accuracy at the highest level. Integrated functions for quality control, such as an automatic label recognition, which means that the system automatically detects whether the correct label roll, which is suitable for the product, is inserted into the machine. Such useful functions make working with the machine intuitive and easy and prevents failures during the production process.

All the systems can be modularly combined with up to 6 printers from the top or from the bottom.

The compact solution for print & apply applications

The fully automatic print & apply labelling system is available and suitable both for the manual product supply as well as for the integration into existing production lines. Due to it´s compact design it is a perfect and space saving solution.

With up to 65 packs per minute, this system provides maximum performance with easy operation via an intuitive color touch-display. The ES 9900 series is available in various module levels with up to two printers from the top and one printer from the bottom.
